Refund policy

M-ski accepts returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
A refund will be issued within 24 hours from the return date, and the goods must be returned undamaged and in unused condition.
The funds will clear in 3-5 days.
Our furniture is built to order, and the process begins the moment payment is cleared. When placing an order, please make sure the project fully satisfies your needs and do not hesitate to contact us regarding any changes. All your questions will be answered, and the expectations will be settled. Our customer is a happy customer. We do not compromise in this matter.

*Buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We can not be responsible for delays due to customs, and if the item is returned to us due to the buyer failing to fulfil customs demands, the buyer will also be charged the return cost.
